i currently live in MI and im 21. i have loved florda all my life and always thought about moving there. im about to start my first year of college here but im really unsure what i want to do. i hate MI and i want a complete change. would it work out for me to go to a community college first year there and start fresh and continue on, or would i be better off getting some basics and moving once i have some school under me? i dont know much about the area or schools there but thats where i would love to be if i could find a reasonable way to make this work.

go to a university and join a wake team down there. UCF, USF and FSU have good teams, there are plenty other there too.

yea your welcome to join us at Wake USF. As far as money goes though you will paying out of state tuition for the first year until you can prove you have been a resident of Florida for a year. In that case community college is cheaper. There are a few around here: St.Pete College and Hillsborough Community College.

^^^ that also means claiming independent from your parents or guardian, including insurance, etc.

Daytona State College does not have a wake program but they do have a PBS Station on campus. If you enroll in that program you will get lots of real time video experience. <BR>Jean Rentnelli
